Every eligible agent earns cumulative milestone awards — USD 10,000 → USD 1,000, USD 25,000 → USD 5,000, USD 50,000 → USD 10,000, USD 100,000 → USD 25,000 — on the way to their first USD 100,000. The first eligible agent to reach it earns USD 40,000 total. Every additional USD 100,000 afterward earns a USD 10,000 Continuing Performance Award.
